                Delegates Pushkin moves to amend the bill on page 38, Section 9, line 370, by striking out the semi-colon, inserting a colon, and the following proviso:

“Provided further, That all sales of services, machinery, supplies and materials directly used or consumed in the business activities of the buildout of broadband infrastructure in the state shall not be subject to the tax imposed by this article;
